The Faculty of Physical Education and its part, the study program of Physical Education is defined as general interdisciplinary field, where dominates the physical activity involved in sports.

 

Studies in this Faculty are organized according to the Bologna model 4 +1.

 

This study area includes courses from the field of physical education and sports, medical courses, and psychological-pedagogical courses, providing and endowing the students with knowledge, skills and competencies.

 

Graduates in the study program of Physical Culture, as well as master graduates of Physical Education, their knowledge and their skills apply in the field of primary, secondary and tertiary education. Job prospects in this area are great and with the changes in the law on primary and secondary education in the Republic of Macedonia the number of compulsory and elective hours in the first cycle and the middle cycle increases. Hence, the need for physical education teachers.
