University of Tetova and “Onsekiz Mart” University from Turkey signed a cooperation agreement

A delegation from “Onsekiz Mart” University from Canakkale, Republic of Turkey, headed by the Rector of this University, Prof. Dr. Yücel Acer, accompanied by two Vice-Rectors of this university, Prof. Dr. Suha Ozden and Prof. Dr. Mirza Tokpunar, as well as Prof. Dr. Askin Koyuncu visited the University of Tetova on Wednesday 15.11.2017, where he was received by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti and Vice Rectors, that of education, Prof. Dr. Reshat Qahili and Vice-Rector for Science, Prof. Dr. Hazir Pollozhani. During the meeting, UT executives, informed the guests from Turkey with the academic activity, teaching-scientific process, intercollegiate cooperation, and the role and impact of this institution on overall development in the country and beyond.

 In terms of expanding of cooperation, the University of Tetova and “Onsekiz Mart” University signed an agreement that foresees more areas of cooperation between these two universities, including undergraduate students, postgraduate studies, and also the academic and administrative staff. Under the agreement, both institutions will cooperate in the exchange of students, academic staff and other areas of mutual interest in the future.

 This agreement also regulates the way of organizing of joint activities in the field of scientific research and publications, participation in seminars, conferences, events and various academic meetings, as well as other aspects of the life and academic functioning of the two universities.
