American poet Craig Czary visited the University of Tetova

American poet Craig Czary, accompanied by the well-known literary professor and creator, at the same time president of PEN Center Albania, Entela Kasi, today visited the University of Tetova.

During their stay in our University they were initially welcomed in a friendly meeting by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Prof. Dr. Fatmir Sulejmani, who informed them for the latest developments in this faculty. Interlocutors special attention paid to the activities realized by the students and professors of the Department of Albanian Language and Literature.

American poet Craig Czary also held meetings with students and professors of the Faculty of Philology, who got acquainted with his artistic creativity and recited several poems.

About the poet's activity spoke the president of PEN Center Albania, Entela Kasi. “Craig Czary comes from a mining region in Northeast Pennsylvania, he has spent 15 of his early years in North America, and has studied European poetry and poetry of Latin American poets. Craig Czary has been awarded with various literary awards in the world and has been the Laureate of the International Poetry Festival "Ditët e Naimit" in 2011" – said Entela Kasi.

American poet Craig Czary as the Laureate of "Ditët e Naimit" in 2011, was presented in front of the students and professors of the University of Tetova, where in sign of respect and gratitude for his artistic activity he was given the logo of the University of Tetova.
