On May 7, 2018 in the amphitheater of the University of Tetova, was held the event of the “Macedonian Literary Night” for the fourth consecutive time, organized by the students and professors of the Study Program of Macedonian Language and Literature of the Faculty of Philology.

Like in the past years, even this year the “Macedonian Literary Night” was organized on the occasion of the anniversary of distinguished personalities of Macedonian language and literature.

This year’s event was dedicated to the well-known personalities of language and literature, as well as the Macedonian history and culture in general, with a modest reminding of part of their activity. Among these personalities, this year were reminded: Kiril Pejcinoviq, Vojdan Çernodrinski, Krste Petkov Misirkov, Bllazhe Koneski, Vasil Iljoski, Kole Çashule, Jovan Koteski etc., where students read part of literary work from the play "Begalka" by Vasil Iljoski.

This manifestation was concluded with a cocktail in the premises of the Rectorate of the University.

It should be mentioned that the main initiator, creator and leader, as well as screenwriter of this event and of the three previous events, was the professor of this Department, Prof. Dr. Liljana Gushevska. In this case, we should also appreciate the contribution of the students, who with great enthusiasm, will and dedication were committed to the realization of this event.
