I wish that the professor in the future to bring us new publications, and all of us and especially our students to learn from his works as the professor has a lot of knowledge and a very long experience in education”- Prof. Dr. Fatbi Osmani.

Evaluations for the book were made by the Vice-Dean for Science at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the University of Tetova Prof. Dr. Rabije Murati. According to her, the book of Professor Bardhyl Musai is a work of great scientific, pedagogical, methodological, and didactic values. As far as I have browsed the book “Arsimi në demokracinë e brishtë” by Prof. Dr. Bardhyl Musai can conclude that it is a writing with great scientific, pedagogical, methodological, and didactic values where it gives genuine details and explanations not only for educational policy but also for many topics and other important educational issues that arouse in the reader curiosity, interest in learning something more in this regard. As the author himself says in the book, the book was written by me, but to serve others. It already belongs to the reader”- said Prof. Dr Rabije Murati.

On the other hand, the Vice-Dean for Science of the Faculty of Philosophy, Prof. Dr. Musa Musai, in his assessment of the book  “Arsimi në demokracinë e brishtë” said that Professor Bardhyl Musai in this book has made an excellent evocation of events and processes that mainly show the author’s concern and that in principle the most important is education and developments related to it in the socio-political reality in the Albanian areas, more precisely in the Republic of Albania. Here mainly including the period after the monist system and the dilemmas of that period that the Albanian society, especially the area of Elbasan has posed as dilemmas regarding the well-known pedagogical school Normale and the necessary reconstructions and changes that the author himself sees as a condition for to advance the position of the school in question and to raise the level of development of tradition with innovation taking into account Robert Dotran and the case of the Geneva school in 1924, and then to elaborate the developments with the establishment of teaching staff in the Austrian education system”-Prof. Dr. Musa Musai.

The author of the book, Bardhyl Musai, in his speech thanked the leaders of the Faculty of Pedagogy and the Faculty of Philosophy for the honor they have done, hoping that this book in the future will serve all scholars. “It is a pleasure to be here today among you because I see that here we are three generations, it is the generation of professors and I with them we have such a career and we were in a previous system and now we are in a democratic system that in my book I called it “fragile”(“brishtë”) and found support for it. The second generation is those who were my former students and today are my colleagues and the third generation are the students. This is the best thing for a university when there are three such generations and it ensures continuity. It is the generation of those professors who have finished the issue of career advancement but take care of those who are in the career process and those who start the preparations, so you students. I bring this book unlike other books that have been written before and I want to be honest and open with You, I have been thinking for almost more than two years and I said to myself to publish it or not and I decided to publish it. In the book, as Professor Musa Musai said and treated it very good, there was a kind of rebellion and I feel very good. I do not have a rebellious spirit, but in the book is expressed a sign of rebellion but the point is that in my concept, the intellectual in society is a person who does not always agree with the state, with the government, because if we say that this thing is not good then we have to do it well so there is always room for improvement”- said Prof. Dr. Bardhyl Musai.
