The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) announces a call for applications for 18 full scholarships at the European Academy of Innovation (AEI), the world’s leading entrepreneurship program dedicated to young professionals, students, graduates and entrepreneurs. From July 8 to 27, in Turin, candidates from the Western Balkans will join a multicultural ecosystem with professionals and mentors from world-renowned institutions, including business leaders from America, Europe and Asia, with a view to spreading the talent and to bring about changes to society.

Sponsored by the Italian Presidency of the OSCE 2018, under the project YDEAS (Programmer and Young Entrepreneurs for the Advancement of New Start-Up Businesses in the Western Balkans), managed by the OSCE’s Coordinator for Economic and Environmental Activities, (OCEEA), scholarships will be supported by the OSCE network of field missions, as well as by the regional branches of the Regional Office for Youth Cooperation (RYCO).

From May 3 to June 4, 2018 (24:00 CET), candidates from the Western Balkans can submit their Applications to the European Academy of Innovation HERE, marking the scholarship title “OSCE Scholarship Program”.

Half of the scholarships are reserved for female candidates.

In the scholarship is included a 15 day program, consultations, expert sessions, tools, 6 ECTS credits, travel and accommodation.

This pilot initiative is a component of the engagement of the OECD Coordinator’s Office for Economic Activities and Environmental Protection Activities (OCEEA) in the field of human capital development, in line with the priorities of the Italian Presidency of the OSCE for 2018.
