A delegation of the Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition of the University of Tetova, led by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Xhezair Idrizi, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Gafur Xhabiri and the secretary of this faculty, Mr. Sc. Vigan Sulejmani, (on June 17, 2021), visited the University of Peja “Haxhi Zeka”.During this visit they had a working meeting with the Rector of this University, Prof. Dr. Fadil Millaku, and the Dean of the Faculty of Agribusiness at this university, Prof. Dr. Nexhdet Shala. In this meeting were discussed many topics, which are related to the teaching-scientific process, opportunities for future cooperation between the Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition and the Faculty of Agribusiness, exchange of academic staff and students through mobility programs such as and joint organization of scientific symposia and conferences.

Dean of the Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition, Prof. Dr. Xhezair Idrizi, in this meeting, among other things said that the faculty that he leads has laboratories with modern equipment where students together with professors perform various tests and analyzes of food quality. He also said that thanks to the work and commitment of professors, students who graduate from this faculty manage to be employed in educational institutions, in organizations that deal with quality control systems and in institutions that deal with food research.

While the Rector of the University of Peja “Haxhi Zeka”, Prof. Dr. Fadil Millaku, and the Dean of the Faculty of Agribusiness, Prof. Dr. Nexhdet Shala, thanked the Prof. Dr. Xhezair Idrizi for the visit, hoping that in the future there will be no lack of such meetings and that the cooperation between the two institutions will be deepened and complemented by joint educational and scientific activities.
