There are two particulars in this presentation: the first one is that it is promoted outside the borders of Albanian politics, and for this, on behalf of the institution that I lead, I thank the organizers of the seminar and especially the leader of the University, the Rector, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti. The second one is that the work is presented after the death of the honored academician, and this activity, in such a well-educated environment, becomes the expression of the serious and deserving appreciation of the scientific product that the academician inherited to us. Kolec Topalli mainly dealt with issues of historical phonetics and etymology of Albanian language”, added among other things Prof. Dr. Valter Memishaj.
