Professors and students of the Faculty of Agriculture and Biotechnology of the University of Tetova, on 9 and 10 May 2022, in the framework of professional practice have visited several plant production capacities in different cities of our country.
On this occasion, students had the opportunity to see closely the knowledge gained through theories and how it is realized in practice. These visits, among other things, gave students the opportunity to get acquainted with new technologies of cultivation of some agricultural crops, mainly from the group of vegetables, with special emphasis on their cultivation in protected areas (greenhouses), trees of the group of nuts, as well as aromatic and medicinal plants, their protection, the newest forms of balanced food and the placement of these products mainly in the countries of the European Union.
Professors and students of the Faculty of Agriculture and Biotechnology of our University, during the internship have stayed in different cities of the country, including Strumica, Gevgelija, Valandovo, Sveti Nikole and Kumanovo.
At the end of these visits it was said that the students of this faculty should be engaged to the maximum, that with a professional access and with maximum commitment to contribute to increase the welfare of agricultural crops and to produce a sufficient amount of quality food for consumers.
