At the University of Tetova conducted it’s works the International Congress on Human, Social Sciences and Arts. During the next two days, in the auditoriums of our University, more than 250 scientific researches will present new and innovative ideas, concepts and solutions for social problems, which come as a result of the complexity of the era we live in.

Vice-Rector for Science of the University of Tetova, based on this, made a parenthesis of the event, adding that, at the University of Tetova, we appreciate the ideas and attitudes that guide and give direction to society, because we firmly believe that universities are the orienting compass of societies, therefore, in this Congress we have a plural coexistence of conferences, which stand in a logical line with each other. The 9th International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Economics – “Economic Growth in Conditions of Uncertainty” provides a vital space for economists, policy makers and business leaders to share knowledge on navigating the complexity of today’s economic landscape. The 8th International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Law, with the topic “Navigating New Challenges: “Balkans at the Crossroads od EU Integrations”. 8th International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Philosophy on the topic: “Socio-cultural issues: Approaches and opportunities in the past and today”, delves into the intricacies of our common cultural heritage, offering a platform to discuss the challenges and opportunities that shape societies over time. 8th International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Philology on the topic: “Philology yesterday, today and tomorrow” invites linguists, literary researchers and language enthusiasts to reflect on the development of linguistic studies and literary analysis, ensuring the preservation and advancement of our heritage literary, linguistic and cultural. 4th International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Pedagogy on the topic: “Education with a Transformative Approach”, explores innovative methods that shape the future of education, ensuring that our institutions remain at the forefront of pedagogical advances”- said Prof. Dr. Agon Memeti.

Among other things, he said that this scientific event, we have participants from 28 partner universities and institutions makes this Congress successful and challenging. The partnership is built as a result of great teamwork together with our faculties. According to Prof. Dr. Agon Memeti, this great success in the international arena, for the sake of truth, comes as a result of the scientific activity that in the last ten years has been quite fruitful and where our University has been the cradle of growth and intellectual progress, promoting an environment that prioritizes curiosity, creativity, and cooperation. This gathering is not only a meeting of enlightened minds but also a celebration of the unceasing pursuit of truth and the indomitable spirit of research that defines our academic endeavors, counting a total of 272 abstracts including 382 authors and co-authors.

In the solemn opening of this Congress, were held three professional lectures by Prof. Dr. Eric Juno from the Northern Illinois University of from the USA, Prof. Dr. Jože Damijan from the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia and Prof. Dr. Ivan Koprić from the University of Zagreb in Croatia. Also, in this Congress, were promoted new issues of scientific journals published by the relevant faculties, which are also the organizers of this event.
