Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, accompanied by the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Prof. Dr. Salajdin Salihi, today held a meeting with the members of the editorial board for the preparation of the Albanian Encyclopedia. In this meeting headed by Prof. Dr. Valbona Toska – Member of the Central Editorial Board (Albania), participated also, Prof. Dr. Aziz Pollozhani – Editor-in-Chief of the Special Editorial Board for the Republic of Macedonia, as well as its members, Prof. Dr. Fatmir Sulejmani, Prof. Dr. Fehari Ramadani, Prof. Dr. Dita Starova – Qerimi and Prof. Dr. Zeqirja Ibrahimi.
Rector, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli expressed the highest considerations for the editorial team from our country and appreciated the fact that we are part of the developments and joint scientific projects of importance to our nation. He emphasized that at the University of Tetova they will find the appropriate institutional support for the successful conduction of this scientific project of the Academy of Sciences of Albania.
Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Valbona Toska stated that the University of Tetova with its representatives, Prof. Dr. Fatmir Sulejmani and Prof. Dr. Fehari Ramadani is well represented in this project of national importance. She said that, in the next five years, as long as the preparation of the Albanian Encyclopedia lasts, a voluminous work awaits us, but based on the professional capacities of the members of the work team, they will be able to complete it according to the forecasts.
Prof. Dr. Aziz Pollozhani and the other members of the above-mentioned editorial board thanked the Rector of the UT for the reception and willingness to support their study work, as well as underlining that the publication of the Encyclopedia, which includes the Albanian part in the Republic of North Macedonia, confirms the educational, scientific and cultural achievement of a people that has identity values.
