The Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, accompanied by the chairman of the Workers’ Union, Prof. Dr. Shefket Dehari, and the vice chairman Ali Salihi, met today with the President of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi, regarding the development of the procedure for reaching a Collective Agreement with the Republican Assembly.
The respective agreement regulates the obligations and rights, as well as the responsibilities of employees and employers, arising from the employment relationship and other matters of interest to employees and employers. It also outlines the methods and procedures for resolving mutual disputes.
This commitment enables a significant increase in the salaries of employees at the University, contributing to the higher quality development of science and higher education, in the interest of students and society. The University of Tetova’s Union expressed special gratitude to the President of the Assembly and the professional services.
