The University of Tetova has signed the continuation of its successful collaboration with Northern Illinois University (NIU), building on the foundations established by the initial agreement signed in 2014. Also present was the President of the Senate of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti, to support this important agreement. Other participants included the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Prof. Dr. Lulzim Mehmedi, the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, Prof. Dr. Shpresa Memishi, and the Head of the Education Office, MSc. Naser Ramadani. This ongoing partnership reflects the commitment of both institutions to academic excellence, research collaboration, and cultural exchange.

Since the signing of the agreement, the University of Tetova and NIU have engaged in various collaborative efforts, including faculty and student exchanges, joint research projects, and academic conferences. These initiatives have enriched the academic experiences of both students and faculty, fostering a deeper understanding of global education standard.

Representatives of the staff and students of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Physical Education and the study program of Psychology of the University of Tetova continue their productive cooperation with Northern Illinois University (NIU). As part of the ongoing partnership, both staff and students from these departments actively participate in joint projects and academic activities at NIU.

This collaboration has yielded very productive results, with projects involving various fields of research and academic development.
