Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, together with the President of the Senate, Prof. Dr. Kenan Ferati, Prof. Dr. Bashkim Ziberi, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Agron Iljazi, participated in the NanoBalkan International Conference 2025, which was held in Tirana, Republic of Albania.

At the opening ceremony, distinguished figures from politics, science, and diplomacy gave speeches, including: the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Edi Rama; Academician Arben Merkoçi (ICREA, ICN2 Spain), Coordinator and President of the Conference; Mr. Gabriel Cremades Ventura, Ambassador of Spain to Albania; Diella, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence of the Republic of Albania; Academician Anila Hoda, Scientific Secretary of the Academy of Sciences of Albania; and Mrs. Mirela Kumbaro, Minister of Education of the Republic of Albania.

The conference aims to highlight the most important global achievements in nanoscience and nanotechnology, as well as to create opportunities for the development of scientific policies, promotion of international collaborations, and strengthening of research networks. The participation of world-renowned figures, including Nobel laureates and prominent researchers, opens new horizons for the integration of our countries into the latest developments in contemporary science.
