Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, today welcomed on a visit the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to our country, Her Excellency Özlem Canel, accompanied by her staff and Ms. Pranvera Kasami from the Institute for Leadership and Public Policy.
During the meeting, they discussed the opportunities offered by Dutch universities for the students and academic staff of the University of Tetova, as well as the deepening of academic and cultural cooperation between the two countries. Rector Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli stated that our university is always open to international collaborations that provide our students with opportunities for professional and academic development, while the Netherlands is an excellent example of high-quality and innovative education.
The Ambassador of the Netherlands, Her Excellency Özlem Canel, expressed her pleasure at being present at the University of Tetova and emphasized that Dutch universities offer a wide range of opportunities for studies and research, and that there is undoubtedly a strong willingness to support projects that help students build a successful future.
After the meeting with the Rector, Ambassador Canel participated in the event titled “NextGen Career Talk”, an activity held within the framework of a project supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The discussion included students, professors, and representatives of various organizations, who shared experiences and ideas on professional development and employment opportunities for young people.
