Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, on November 25, 2025, took part in the opening ceremony of the jubilee exhibition marking the 10th anniversary of the International Art Symposium – Struga 2025, which was held at the “Çifte Hamam” Gallery in Skopje. The exhibition, which encapsulates a decade of international artistic exchange and creative collaboration, brought together more than 100 artists from around 40 different countries of the world, who with their works have enriched the country’s artistic collection and introduced new stylistic innovations, techniques, and diverse materials. Each of them has represented their own culture, turning Struga into a rare cultural meeting point.
Rector of the University of Tetova emphasized the importance of such activities for strengthening intercultural cooperation and supported the role of artists in advancing diversity and international friendship. He was warmly welcomed by the organizers of the symposium, who highlighted the value of having academic representatives present at this important jubilee.
Meanwhile, the exhibition’s curator, art history professor Jëlldëz Asani, presented her curatorial vision, emphasizing that this mosaic of cultures, regardless of differences in origin, ethnic identity, faith, or temporal context, demonstrates that multiculturalism, as a European value, becomes even more radiant through artistic collaboration within a shared space
