At the UT was inaugurated the Legal Clinic

At the Faculty of Law (on February 24, 2021), of the University of Tetova was inaugurated the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law. The Law Clinic of the Faculty of Law is a project funded by the Embassy of the United States of America in the Republic of North Macedonia.

Vice-Rector for International Relations, Asst. Prof. Dr. Shefik Shehu, thanked the officials of the US Embassy in Skopje for the continuous institutional support that the USA provides to the University of Tetova. The inauguration of this clinic proves the commitment of UT and the US in supporting the rule of law by preparing students for law practice and promoting justice.

Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Qebir Avziu expressed gratitude for this essential investment for the students of the Faculty of Law, as well as the citizens who will have the opportunity to benefit from the legal aid that will be offered by the Legal Clinic.

Within the Legal Clinic will work the first courtroom for the students of the Faculty of Law. Special contribution in the realization of this initiative was given by Prof. Dr. Arta Bilalli and Asst. Prof. Dr. Njomza Osmani.
