Within the framework of the Center for Peace and Transcultural Communication at the University of Tetova, on June 13-14, was held a workshop on the topic “Make it stick: The Science of Successful Learning”, with trainer Prof. Dr. Jim Lofton.

Donika Kamberi, head of the Center for Peace and Transcultural Communication, together with the Vice-Rector for science, Prof. Dr. Agon Memeti, welcomed the professor from the United States, Prof. Dr. Jim Lofton.

On this occasion, they thanked the professor for his continuous cooperation and contribution to the University of Tetova, through the Fulbright Program, in which case, in the wake of this fruitful cooperation, came up the idea for the aforementioned workshop, that was conducted at the University of Tetova.

This two-day workshop was dedicated to the academic staff of the University of Tetova, who continuously dedicate themselves to the newest teaching techniques. Trainer Prof. Dr. Jim Lofton, in this workshop, emphasized the importance of new methods and techniques that lecturers should consider during the lecture, to keep the students focused. This workshop will greatly contribute to the improvement of teaching and in the most effective way to convey knowledge to students, where the primary goal of the workshop was the implementation of new techniques. At the end of the workshop, were distributed certificates to the participants.
