During the presentation of these topics, the professor emphasized the importance of recognizing techniques and instrumental chromatographic methods. The students and professors of this faculty had the opportunity during this meeting with Prof. Dr. Gokhan Durmaz to pose different questions on the given topic.
After the lecture, Prof. Dr. Gokhan Durmaz held a meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition, Prof. Dr. Xhezair Idrizi. Both interlocutors discussed the readiness and the possibility of cooperation in the interests of students and in terms of functioning of the laboratories. It is also worth pointing out that during this meeting they agreed to engage in the exchange of students and academic staff in the future.
