On the 30th anniversary of the founding of the University of Tetova, Rector Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, as part of the agenda of meetings with personalities and activists who have contributed to the foundation and development of UT, on May 15, 2024, visited the family of the first President of the Senate of our University, Professor Milaim Fejziu.
In this meeting was emphasized the role of our intellectuals in the foundation of this institution of higher education in the Albanian language, with a special emphasis on the contribution of Professor Milaim Fejziu and many other Albanian intellectuals, whose ideal was the progress of the nation, the advancement of the processes general throughout the Albanian territory.
Rector Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli bestowed the 30th anniversary logo of UT to the family of Professor Milaim Fejziu. He highlighted the role of the first President of the Senate, which he said was vital in the foundation and functioning of the University of Tetova. Together with Rector Prof. Dr. Fadil Sulejmani, Professor Fejziu led and coordinated countless activities in the service of higher education in the Albanian language and for the implementation of the aspirations of Albanians in these lands.
