Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli participated in the marked activity of the Embassy of Italy in our country for organizing the largest fair, World Expo 2030.
In this promotional event, the Rector of the University of Tetova had the opportunity to hold several meetings with various personalities, among them, the mayor of the city of Rome, Roberto Gualtieri, the Italian ambassador in Skopje, Andrea Silvestri, the EU ambassador David Geer, as well as many other personalities. In these meeting he emphasized that the University of Tetova is constantly making efforts to improve quality, but also said that a comprehensive reform is necessary in the field of education, starting from primary, secondary and up to higher education. According to him, a society can develop and reach high pedestals in every sphere of life only with quality education, providing the labor market with professionals who will contribute to the common good.
In addition, Rector Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli held meetings with Professor Paolo Carafa, Vice-Rector of La Sapienza University. On this occasion, he said that, until now, the University of Tetova has a good reach on the international level and is always interested in creating new partnerships with prestigious international universities. According to him, it would be a very good opportunity in the future if a memorandum of cooperation to be signed between the two universities to coordinate in one agenda, the organization of many educational-scientific activities, visits and mobility of staff and students, as well as other activities.
