Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, from September 11 to 13, 2023, stayed for an official visit in Geneva, Switzerland. During this working visit, the Rector was received by the ambassador and permanent representative in the Permanent Mission of the Republic of North Macedonia to the United Nations, Dr. Teuta Agai Demjaha.
Rector of the UT held important meetings at the UN headquarters in Geneva, the World Trade Organization, the Swiss UMEF University of Applied Sciences Institute, at the University of Geneva and other valuable meetings for students, academic staff and as a whole for the development of the University of Tetova. The meetings were held with the participation of the Mayor of the Municipality of Tearce, Nuhi Neziri and the Ambassador for Peace, Tahir Shabani.
In these meetings, he presented the mission and vision of the University of Tetova, counting on the support of relevant international institutions. In the work agenda, the Rector of UT is expected to conduct other visits in the future, with the aim of intensifying international cooperation between our University and prestigious universities from the region and the world.
