The academic staff of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tetova carried out an official visit to the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. This visit represents an important step toward strengthening interuniversity partnerships and creating new bridges of cooperation in the fields of education, scientific research, and professional development.
During the official meetings between representatives of the two institutions, fruitful discussions were held regarding the possibilities of expanding cooperation through the implementation of joint scientific research projects, the exchange of academic staff and students, as well as the organization of conferences, seminars, and other scientific activities at the international level. Special focus was given to initiatives related to the circular economy, innovation, entrepreneurship, global economic transformations, and the challenges of the modern labor market.
Within the framework of the discussions, the parties also addressed the possibilities of harmonizing and advancing study programs in the fields of economics and business, with the aim of aligning them with contemporary academic standards and the dynamic requirements of the international labor market. It was emphasized that inter-institutional cooperation and the exchange of academic experiences represent key elements in enhancing the quality of higher education and in developing professional and research capacities.
At the end of the visit, the parties expressed their readiness to formalize the cooperation through the signing of institutional agreements, which are expected to open new perspectives for the implementation of joint projects and the expansion of international activities in the future.
