University of Tetova for three days in a row hosted the International Tournament of Beach Volleyball that was held from July 2 to 4. During these days, the fans had the opportunity to have fun with quality volleyball, with strong actions and duels.

At the official closing of this event were present: The President of the Volleyball Federation in North Macedonia, Petar Jovanovski, Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti, deans, professors, well-known volleyball names, students and sponsors who helped in the realization of this tournament.

This sport event was attended by well-known volleyball team from our country, Albania, Serbia, Turkey, Bulgaria, the Republic of Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia, while the top four teams played for the top three places. The winner of the tournament was the representative of Serbia with the players Milos Miliq and Aleksandar Gavrilov, the second place went to the representative of Northern Macedonia, respectively from the University of Tetova with the players Hamza Vejseli and Adriatik Berisha, while the third place went to the representative of Kosovo with players Faton Mustafa and Armend Berisha.

The medal of the third place team, respectively the representative of Kosovo, was bestowed by the representative of businesses, Mr. Sc. Ibrahim Dehari, while to the team of the second place, respectively the team of North Macedonia the medal was bestowed by the Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti, while to the winner of the tournament, to the team of Serbia, the medal was bestowed the by the President of the Volleyball Federation in North Macedonia, Petar Jovanovski.

Gratitudes were also received to the sponsors who enabled the realization of this sporting event, that were bestowed by the volleyball legend in our country, Mr. Namikqemal Mustafa and the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, Prof. Dr. Haki Ismaili.

This event ended with a cocktail where the participants had the opportunity to share their experiences and impressions and discuss the organization of such events in the future.
