Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, and the President of the Senate, Prof. Dr. Kenan Ferati, participated in the “Balkans Countries Health Business Forum,” which took place from April 25–27, 2025, in the city of Edirne, Turkey.

This forum gathered together health ministers from several Balkan countries, university rectors, and leaders of important state and academic institutions, with the aim of promoting inter-institutional cooperation in the fields of healthcare and higher medical education.

During the conference, representatives of the University of Tetova presented the organization and overall functioning of the university, with a particular focus on the Faculty of Medical Sciences. They shared with the attendees the development vision of this faculty and the prospects for international cooperation in the fields of education, scientific research, and healthcare services.

Participation in this forum marks another important step toward strengthening the international role of the University of Tetova and creating new bridges of cooperation in the region.
