In a spirit of academic and professional collaboration, a working meeting was held today at the University of Tetova between the Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, and the President of the Senate, Prof. Dr. Kenan Ferati, with the leadership of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Tetova, led by Dean Prof. Dr. Nevzat Elezi, and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, led by Dean Prof. Dr. Sefedin Muçaj.
This meeting was held with the aim of deepening inter-institutional cooperation in the fields of scientific research, academic exchanges, and the joint development of teaching and practical projects in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and related areas. During the discussions, were presented concrete ideas for organizing a range of joint scientific activities, for the possibility of academic staff exchange between the two universities in study programs where needed, as well as for collaboration in the organization of conferences, seminars, symposiums, professional lectures, and so on.
The representatives of both faculties highly valued the existing collaboration, emphasizing that future mutual cooperation will contribute to improving the quality of education and the professional development of students and academic staff. At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation in the coming months, which will formalize and further expand the partnership between the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University of Tetova and that of the University of Prishtina.
