The Student Parliament of the University of Tetova, after the conclusion of the sessions of the First Student Conference with the topic: “Research challenges of students in globalization”, organized several social activities on the second day. According to the program of this scientific event, on the second day, dozens of student participants in the conference visited the Historical Museum of the University of Tetova, located in the village of Poroj, where the first lectures were held.

The Student Parliament of UT emphasized that through this visit, they express their gratitude and respect for this educational-historical center, the founder of the University, Prof. Dr. Fadil Sulejmani, and his collaborators, as well as honoring all the men and women, young and old, who on February 17, 1995, became a living shield in defense of the first generation of the University of Tetova and the Albanian language education. After the visit to the University Museum, the aforementioned students attended the theatrical performance “On the Harm of Tobacco” by Anton Chekhov.

The organization of the First Student Conference was regarded as an important event for scientific advancement, but also as an opportunity for communication and cooperation among students from Tetova, Pristina, and Tirana.
