On May 28, 2024, the Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, held a working meeting with the President of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, Mr. Mendi Qyra. During this meeting, the leaders of the two institutions discussed various topics related to economic developments, the challenges and future prospects of our country, market needs, and the preparation of professional staff that will be a great assistance to companies and other institutions.
Rector Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli thanked Mr. Mendi Qyra for the ongoing cooperation that our University has had with the Economic Chamber and also confirmed further collaboration in carrying out various activities that will be of interest to both parties.
Meanwhile, the President of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, Mr. Mendi Qyra, emphasized that it is very important for the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia to cooperate with higher education institutions. “We will maintain and strive to intensify our cooperation with the University of Tetova in the future, because it is from the university that the preparation of professionals originates. Today, the labor market needs professionals, and it will be easier for us to select the best and most deserving ones,” said Mr. Qyra.
After the meeting with the President of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia, Mr. Mendi Qyra, the Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, also met with the board members of the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia. He presented to them the activities carried out during this academic year and those planned for the future.
