The Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Finance, Prof. Dr. Aida Yzeiri Baftijari, is participating in the 4th International Congress on Finance, Economics, and Sustainable Policies (ICOFESP), which is taking place on October 30–31, 2025, at the University of Prishtina.
This congress, with broad academic and institutional participation from various countries, addresses important topics related to economic development, financial stability, and modern policies for regional development. The scientific sessions of this congress will cover: regional development and economic sustainability in Kosovo and Turkey; the role of innovation in sustainable socio-economic development; climate policies and the importance of ESG standards in the energy sector.
The Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, stated that the participation of the University of Tetova in this congress represents an important opportunity to strengthen academic cooperation networks and enhance the international presence of the institution in scientific forums focused on developmental and economic policies.
At this scientific event, was emphasized also the importance of inter-university cooperation and the exchange of academic experiences, as a means of fostering the socio-economic development of the region and strengthening the research capacities of higher education institutions.
