Rector of the University of Tetova Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli accompanied by his associates, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Prof. Dr. Salajdin Salihi, the Head of the Office for International Relations Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatibe Deari Zeqiri and the university coordinator for Erasmus +, MSc. Shpresa Ademi, received the Rector of Burdur University Mehmet Akif Ersoy, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Daglar and the Vice-Rector for International Relations of this university Prof. Dr. Oğuz Gursoy.
The purpose of this meeting was the signing of the memorandum for cooperation between the two universities, which aims at the development of academic, cultural and social cooperation, as well as the promotion of mutual understanding.
The signatories of this memorandum, the rectors of the respective universities, agreed to develop cooperation activities in the academic fields. This agreement includes the exchange of academic and administrative staff, the implementation of research-scientific projects, the implementation of conferences, congresses and scientific symposia, as well as the promotion of cooperation in areas of common interest.
The rectors of the respective universities expressed their happiness that this agreement will benefit a large number of students and academic staff from both institutions.
