The Student Parliament in cooperation with the Faculty of Physical Culture of the University of Tetova marked the 4th of July, the Independence Day of the United States of America. In honor of the 243rd anniversary of US Independence, in the sports areas of the University of Tetova, physical education students held a beach volleyball match.
The Student Parliament Speaker, Islam Imeri, said that the students of the University of Tetova, by marking the 4th of July, the Independence Day of the United States of America, express their gratitude to the American people for the unsparing support they have given to the Albanian people. In his words, our nation is one of the luckiest in the Balkans as it has the most civilized and most developed nation in the world, the American nation, for its partner.
The beach volleyball match was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Education of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Reshat Qahili, the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Prof. Dr. Haki Ismaili, The Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Prof. Dr. Berton Sulejmani, professors and students.
The students participating in this match, Hamza Veseli, Besar Ferati, Martina Isajloska, and Maja Magdenoska were awarded certificates for participation in the beach volley match, in a sign of gratitude, by the Student Parliament of the University of Tetova.
