Well-known Albanian actor Çun Lajçi today in Tetovo while in the town square, respectively in front of the premises of the Faculty of Arts of the UT, was selling some of his works to Tetovo readers, he was surprised by the visit of the Rector of University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti.
After their fraternal greeting, Çun Lajçi expressed his gratitude to the Rector of the University of Tetova for the visit, feeling very honored and appreciated by an Albanian personality from Tetovo such as the Rector, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti. “There was no better pleasure than staying in city squares and communicating with citizens of different categories, but the greatest pleasure for me today in Tetovo was your visit, Mr. Rector, I appreciate very much this honor you have done to me, for me You personally are the man that I appreciate the most.
As I told you in the meeting we had at the University of Tetova, but even today here, I am telling you again, whenever your University needs me, for my voice, for my acting, I am ready to come and honor them, because my presence in that institution makes me feel proud too “- said among others the actor Çun Lajçi.
Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti thanked the actor Çun Lajçi for the initiative he had taken to sell his works in some of the Albanian cities of the country and to meet the Albanians of these regions. “I would like to have you today in the premises of our University to offer these publications to the academic staff and students, but as you said earlier, that meetings with citizens in city squares give pleasure and special feelings, I will not take much time, in order for other citizens to meet and talk with you, because your personality is not only honored and shows great respect in Tetovo but you also have the respect of the whole Albanian nation. Every time you come to Tetovo, never forget that you have a guest house, the University of Tetova, which was founded and raised by Albanians, it is your hearth and you are welcome whenever you want” – says among others the Rector of UT, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti.
Rector Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti then bought some of the works of Çun Lajçi, while giving him as a gift the latest publications of the UT.
