At the premises of the Rectorate of the University of Tetova today was opened the exhibition of drawings of Prof. Dr. Robert Kote, whose main theme is related with legendary Kruja Castle and the construction of the Historic Museum for Skanderbeg in this castle.
The exhibition of Prof. Dr. Robert Kote has been presented in several cities in Albania and Kosovo, within the activities that are carried out within the agenda of the 550th anniversary of the birth of Skanderbeg, which year was declared his nationwide year.
Before the opening of the exhibition, Prof. Dr. Robert Kote, at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of our University held a lecture where he briefly presented some facts about the works during the construction of the Museum for Skanderbeg in Kruja Castle. He said that for years he has been the supervisor of construction works and that everything has been built as requested by the Albanian leader of the time, Enver Hoxha.
He asked the students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, together with their professors to visit this museum and closely see the work that has been done in this museum.
Prof. Dr. Robert Kote, after the visit at the University of Tetova, has conducted several visits in several locations in Tetovo where he took pictures and sketched some buildings in order to collect information and details. He promised that in the future he will visit other cities in Macedonia and he will present these materials at an exhibition of drawings.
