University of Tetova was the co-organizer of the17th Annual Scientific Conference of Montenegrin Sports Academy , on the topic: “Sport, Physical Activity and Health: Contemporary Perspectives” which was to be held at Cavtat-Dubrovnik, from April 2-5, 2020.
Unable to develop under normal conditions due to the global pandemic Covid-19, the conference was organized online.
The conference was attended by the Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti, together with professors of the Faculty of Physical Education. Rector of UT, Prof.Dr. Vullnet Ameti presented the scientific paper on the topic: “The influence of specific -motor abilities on anthropometric at 13 year old students”.
In addition to the Rector, our university was also represented by other professors, who presented their topics, starting with Prof. Dr. Fadil Mamuti, who presented the topic: “The impact of globalization on education and dilemmas between traditional and modern eduaction”, Prof. Dr. Fadil Rexhepi, with the study: “The Kinematics of two variants of the Uchi Mata technique in judo sport to an elite athlete”; Prof. Dr. Shpresa Memishi, with the topic: “Stature and its Estimation Utilizing Length of Hand Measurements of Both Gender Adolescents from district of Peja in Kosovo”, Asst. Prof. Dr. Astrit Iseni, with the topic: “Relationship between body height and hand length impact of training program for the development of explosive force on some specific motor skills in 14-year old syudents”.
Such conferences are always welcome, as they serve to the educational-scientific process and help to raise the quality through various contemporary methodologies.
