Dear believers of the Islamic religion,
It is a pleasure and privilege for me, in the capacity of the Rector of the University of Tetova “Fadil Sulejmani”, to wish you a happy Eid al-Fitr!
This holiday comes to our family homes after the end of the great month of Ramadan, the holy period during which the pious believers of the Islamic world have fasted, sacrificing and striving to renew the best spiritual and human values.
Even in these circumstances when we all face the Covid-19 pandemic, this marked day offers us the rare opportunity, the courage to strengthen our faith, our convictions and to open our hearts to human deeds.
Beyond a religious holiday, Eid al-Fitr gives us the opportunity to express human values such as respect, tolerance and understanding in the service of all and for a more prosperous future.
