Minister of Information Society and Administration of the Government of RNM, Jeton Shaqiri, visited the University of Tetova

Minister of Information Society and Administration of the Government of RNM, Jeton Shaqiri, visited the University of Tetova, today stayed for working visit at the University of Tetova, where he met with the Rector, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti, Secretary General, Adem Beadini, and with the Head of the Office of Finance and Accounting Mr.Sc. Imberjah Tairi. In this working meeting it was emphasized that the cooperation between educational institutions and government departments is extremely important and in function of the progress of the overall processes in our country.

Rector of UT Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti, the Minister Jeton Shaqiri informed about the general progress that takes place at UT, the realization of the teaching-scientific process, but also the international activity that UT is already conducting over the years with prestigious universities from Europe and the United States of America.

“Despite the epidemiological situation, our University is committed to realize the general educational activity, the continuation of research projects and other useful programs for our institution. Timely capacity building, modern infrastructure and its digitalization have enabled us to face the Covid-19 pandemic with not very serious consequences, so we appreciate that we have done our duty as leaders of this institution “- said the Rector, Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti.

Minister of Information Society and Administration, Jeton Shaqiri, expressed his satisfaction for the reception at UT and the correct inter-institutional cooperation.

“We as a minister are satisfied with the very correct communication that takes place between our institutions and that includes various areas. I am convinced that with these pace of work I believe we will continue in the future and if necessary to intensify the relations of cooperation with the sole purpose to provide the highest quality services to our citizens “- said the Minister, Jeton Shaqiri.

At the end of the meeting, the leaders of the respective institutions agreed to continue in the future with meetings of this nature that contribute to the advancement of educational and administrative issues.
