The Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition of the University of Tetova has marked another successful cooperation with the Department of Food Engineering of Yildiz University of Turkey. This time, for a period of two months, the students of this faculty, Adis Veliu and Rihan Abdryramani, carried out research related to their degree topics, using the most sophisticated laboratory methods. Their scientific research was followed by the Vice-Dean for science of the FFTN, Prof. Dr. Erhan Sulejmani and the head of the Food Engineering Department of Yildiz Technical University of Istanbul, Prof. Dr. Muhammet Arici.
According to the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Xhezair Idrizi, this cooperation aims to increase activities in the future, enabling students to practice and experience from more prestigious universities in the region. The Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition has already applied in two European projects to bring a new perspective and increase the experiences of young people, experts and competent in the technologies of innovations in the field of food engineering and nutrition.
