University of Tetova continues to place special emphasis on internationalization and creating favorable conditions for students who wish to pursue their studies in the United States of America. A delegation from the University of Tetova, led by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, and the President of the Senate of the UT, Prof. Dr. Kenan Ferati, carried out an official visit to Sam Houston State University.
This visit demonstrates the continuity and commitment to strengthening partnerships, aiming to deepen inter-university cooperation, expand opportunities for student and academic staff mobility, develop joint research projects, and promote cultural exchanges. Additionally, a special focus of the collaboration remains the strengthening of ties with the Albanian community in the USA.
Sam Houston State University has already initiated the “Bahri Fazliu (Gzimi) Memorial Scholarship”, dedicated to Albanian students who embody the values he stood for.
Through this visit, the University of Tetova aims to consolidate existing partnerships and create new opportunities for collaboration in areas important for academic and institutional development.
