At the Faculty of Pedagogy of the University of Tetova, was helda thematic lecture titled: “Persuasive Public Speaking; How Can You Make a Difference?”. The lecture was delivered by Professor James Lofton, a Fulbright Program specialist and an expert in public communication and leadership.
At the opening of the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Prof. Dr. Lulzim Mehmedi, welcomed the professors, students, and guests in attendance, emphasizing the importance of this lecture for the professional development of students.
He stressed that Professor James Lofton is visiting the University of Tetova for the fourth time, which demonstrates the fruitful cooperation between him and our institution, as well as the shared commitment to advancing knowledge and academic exchange.
Speaking about the lecture, Prof. Dr. Lulzim Mehmedi emphasized that the ability to speak persuasively in public is an important professional competence and a powerful tool for creating a positive impact on society, inspiring others, and bringing change to the community.
The lecture was regarded as an excellent opportunity for students and participants to learn about the role of communication in education and public life, as well as to strengthen their personal and professional skills in the field of public communication and leadership.
