As part of the international CEEPUS project, during the period from 18–23 May 2026, academic staff and students from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tetova participated in activities organized by the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina. This activity was carried out with the aim of strengthening inter-university cooperation, exchanging professional experience, and promoting the mobility of academic staff and students within the framework of the regional CEEPUS network.
The delegation of the Faculty of Economics consisted of the Vice Dean for Education, Prof. Dr. Elsana Aqifi, the ECTS Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Sheherzada Murati, as well as students Syarta Zendeli and Anila Shatku. During their stay at the University of Prishtina, the participants took part in a series of academic activities, lectures, presentations, and professional discussions focused on contemporary economic and managerial developments. As part of the program, topics of particular importance to the modern economy were addressed, including supply chain management, the challenges facing the global economy during the period of digital and economic transformation, and the importance of effective coordination in supporting the development of businesses and markets. The discussions served as a platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences among participants from various higher education institutions.
The program also included dedicated meetings with representatives of the academic staff and students of the host university, during which opportunities for expanding institutional cooperation in various fields were discussed. Particular emphasis was placed on the development of joint research projects, the organization of inter-university academic activities, and the further advancement of student and staff mobility in the future.
The activity was regarded as a valuable experience for all participants, once again highlighting the importance of international cooperation programs in building new bridges of communication, partnership, and development in the fields of education and science.
