Respectable believers of Islam,
It is a pleasure and a privilege for me that in the capacity of the Rector of University of Tetova, to wish you a happy Eid al-Fitr!
This holiday comes among us, in our homes, after the end of the great month of Ramadan, the holy period, during which devout believers of the Islamic world have fasted by sacrificing and trying to renew the best spiritual and human values.
Eid al-Fitr, this remarkable day gives us the rare opportunity, the courage to strengthen our faith, our beliefs, and to open our hearts for human actions.
Beyond a religious holiday, Eid al-Fitr brings us close to each other to express our human values such as respect, tolerance and understanding in the service of all and for a more prosperous future.
I wish you goodness and prosperity and may God accept your fasting and prayers!
Respectfully,
Prof. Dr. Vullnet Ameti,
Rector of the University of Tetova
