Rector of the University of Tetova Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Finance, Prof. Dr. Aida Yzeiri – Baftijari and the Head of the Rector’s cabinet, Valmisa Novi, today met the Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia Mr. Talat Xhaferi, to discuss issues related to the important role of higher education institutions in building and emancipating society.
Rector of the UT expressed the willingness of the institution he leads to cooperate with the government to find the most suitable solutions for the challenges faced not only by the UT as an institution in particular, but also by other educational institutions high in general.
Rector also congratulated Mr. Xhaferi for his election as Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia. As a sign of respect, the Rector bestowed to the First Albanian Prime Minister the portrait of Prof. Dr. Fadil Sulejmani, the founder and first Rector of the University of Tetova.
