Student Parliament of the UT organizes action to help families affected by the earthquake in Albania

With the motto “Together” the Student Parliament of the University of Tetova, after the deadly earthquake in Albania, it has taken action to raise funds for families that suffered from this natural disaster with severe consequences to humans and incalculable material damage. The action has started today and it is taking place at the headquarters of the University of Tetova, at the Rectorate, Faculty of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and in the square “Iliria” of the city of Tetovo. Student Parliament leaders have urged students, professors, and all citizens, in these difficult times, to solidify with our compatriots in Thumana and Durrës who, as never before, need the help and support of every one of us. Funds raised and other assistance for clothing and food will be handed over to the Civil Emergency Services in the Republic of Albania.
It should be noted that students, professors, citizens of Tetovo and not only have supported this action of students of the University of Tetova, for several times they prove their humanity and solidarity in the event of disasters, such as the earthquake that hit the coastal area of the Republic of Albania.
