The team of the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Tetova, during the period April 21–23, 2026, carried out several promotional activities in secondary schools across the country, organizing workshops on the theme “Career orientation for young people – the path to choosing a profession”.

These activities were conducted with the aim of informing and guiding high school graduates regarding enrollment in the 2026/2027 academic year. Within the workshops, the team presented the educational and scientific offer of the 13 faculties of the University of Tetova for this academic year, providing a comprehensive overview of the study programs and the opportunities available.

The workshops were held in several secondary education institutions, including: High School “Saraj” – Skopje, Medical High School – Gostivar, High School “Panche Karagjozov” – Skopje, High School “Drita” – Kičevo, High School “Niko Nestor” – Struga, High School “Ibrahim Temo” – Struga, High School “28 Nëntori” – Debar, High School “Sami Frashëri” – Kumanovo, High School “Ismet Jashari” – Kumanovo, High School “Zef Lush Marku” – Skopje, High School “7 Marsi” – Tetovo, and High School “MAARIF” – Tetovo.

During these direct meetings, the aforementioned high school graduates had the opportunity to receive more detailed information about study programs, admission criteria, as well as the opportunities for professional development offered by the University of Tetova. Special attention was also given to the challenges and demands of the labor market, helping young people to form a clearer vision of their future.

The activities were well received by the students and teaching staff of the host schools, demonstrating the importance of early career guidance as a key step in building a successful future for young people.

Faculty of Philosophy and other academic units of the University of Tetova will continue in the coming days with the organization of informational activities, aiming to support young people on their path toward academic and professional development, as well as to strengthen the connection between secondary and higher education.
