In the framework of the jubilee year of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Tetova and the memorandum of cooperation signed with the Theater of Tetovo, on April 18, 2024, the premiere of the play “Reservoir Dogs” was given in front of a large audience on the stage of the Tetova Theater “, this is the graduation performance of acting students (generation 2020-2024) of the Faculty of Arts, study program: Dramatic Art, led by Prof. Dr. Kushtrim Bekteshi, who is following the first generation of actors as a professor at our university. The class consists of students from North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo, six of whom performed in this show: Plumb Beadini, Edmond Sadiki, Besian Sulejmani, Albrim Kryeziu, Jurgen Liçkollari, Elton Tahiri. Professional actors who also graduated from the University of Tetova were part of the show: Arsim Fazlia, Abdulla Osmani, Vullnet Ismani, Ardit Selmani.

Set designer of the show is Betim Zeqiri, costume designer Emira Ymeri, painter Bilgaip Koçishte-Bige, while the poster of the show was taken care of by Nagip Ismaili-Nagi.

All the artistic and technical staff of the show worked on a voluntary with the aim of helping the students to present themselves decently to the public and the show to be realized with all the components of a professional theater show.

The class leader, at the same time the director of the show, Prof. Dr. Kushtrim Bekteshi, in his speech to the audience, thanked all the supporters and collaborators involved in the realization of this show and emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two institutions, which was crowned with the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between the Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zeneli and the director of Theater of Tetovo, Mr. Abdulla Osmani and as a result of this cooperation, this graduation project was also realized.

At the premiere of the play, present were the Rector of the University of Tetovo, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Mr. Senad Abduli, many professors, students, and former students, as well as well-known personalities from the arts, literature, culture, and sciences, citizens, and family members of the students. The show was warmly welcomed with applause, and after the performance, the attendees were accompanied by the Rector of UT and the director of the Theater of Tetovo to the cocktail reception held on the occasion of this theatrical premiere.

The show will be part of the regular repertoire of the Tetovo Theater, and last night it was performed again at 8:00 PM.
