The Faculty of Pedagogy of the University of Tetova, with an academic celebration observed March 7th, Teacher’s Day. The Dean of this faculty, Prof. Dr. Fatbi Osmani, in his greeting speech, recalled the sacrifice and contribution to the Albanian revivalists and all the veterans of the Albanian education and school. “The contribution and sacrifice for the Albanian school and education obviously make us more responsible in our professional and scientific work, i.e. besides the observance of this historic event, we also consider the responsibilities for our actions, how open and positive we are, how transparent, conscientious and constructive we are, not to mention the need to manifest the increased approaches and responsibilities of institutional relationship between the implementers of the teaching and scientific activity and in particular in our daily work with the students”, said Prof. Dr. Fatbi Osmani.
While, Doc. Dr. Lulzim Memedi, in the thematic speech devoted to this date, said that these events, although far from today, are still remembered with pride. “Learning in Albanian would lead the nation to higher civilization, civilization that would only be achieved through education. For this, a clever conscience, never can quit the man who would aim to do the best for the children of his people. Faculty of Pedagogy is also aiming at the preparation of professionally qualified teachers with full pedagogical training, which will be a model for the students”, said Doc. Dr. Lulzim Memedi.
In recognition of the fruitful contribution and cooperation with the Faculty of Pedagogy, the Dean of this faculty, Prof. Dr. Fatbi Osmani, awarded letters of appreciation to some educational institutions.
