On April 12, 2024, a group of students from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tetova participated in the National Moot Court Competitions. These competitions, organized for several years now by the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) and supported by the Embassy of the United States of America in our country.

Out of the four participating universities in these competitions, the group of students from the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tetova won two awards, namely one of the two main team awards “Best Prepared Memoranda Award” and an individual award for “Best Simulation – Defendant Testimony”.

The Legal Clinic team of the Faculty of Law consisted of students: Amra Azizi, Batije Aliji, Belkisa Rexhepi, Benisa Arsllani, Besjana Izairi, Elma Sulejmani, Emilija Gjorgjeska, Mumin Osmani, and Sejhan Zendeli, who were mentored and guided by the Clinic Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Njomza Selimi-Osmani, and the lawyer, Mr. Sc. Ibraim Bajrami.

For years, students of the Faculty of Law have consistently demonstrated high professionalism in various student competitions, thanks to their hard work and dedication to their studies, as well as the continuous support they have received from their professors.
