As part of the European Framework Program for Research and Innovation: “Increasing participation and expanding horizons,” held at the premises of the Council of the European Union participated also, the Rector of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, and the Head of the Office of Doctoral Studies, Asst. Prof. Dr. Agron Iljazi.

On this occasion, was held a ” Panel discussion: The European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation – increasing participation and broadening horizons”, sharing best practices for involving actors from different regions and countries in R&I policies and the institutional support of research. The event was jointly organized by the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the EU and the General Secretariat of the Council.

During the two panel discussions, were discussed the political measures to overcome fragmentation in the European Research Area (ERA) and increase participation in the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation were examined. Additionally, excellent research support for improving participation in framework programmes.

The aim of this activity was to discuss and share best practices in European research and innovation cooperation at the institutional, national, and EU levels.
