During the presentation, the importance of evidence-based approaches in improving educational and rehabilitative practices was emphasized, particularly in supporting children and students with special educational needs. Concrete experiences of the training participants were presented, including university pedagogical staff, teachers, educators, and practice professionals, reflecting on the perceived changes in approaches to behavior management, professional communication, inclusion, and individualized support.
An important part of the presentation was dedicated to the sustainability of the project and its long-term impact on the professional development of the participants.
