Vision – to establish national ideals and embrace contemporary values in education, science and culture with the aim of developing and enhancing progress of future generations.

Mission – to design and enhance learning skills, knowledge, academic and professional competencies that will advance social change at national and international levels.

GOALS

Design, implement and progress study programs which are necessary for the society and the market inside the country and outside.

Establish a development infrastructure in compliance with the purposes and the nature of the study programs.

Encourage and develop academic, educational and scientific freedom for all students and staff.

Encourage the scientific research of both staff and students, particularly through support for publication in magazines, conferences, books and other scientific projects.

Preserve ethical values, equality, integrity, tolerance and social responsibility to influence students towards active participation in a multicultural society.

Continuous evaluation of the educational process, the implementation of dynamic curriculum and the specific aims of all study programs.

Support for outstanding students in their further academic and professional careers.
